Hi! I'm Kellie Franks. I'm a Pilates teacher, Barre teacher and a Post-Natal Pilates Specialist. I began practicing Pilates in 2007 while going through a horrible divorce (more on that in my blog). My physical health was suffering and a friend suggested Pilates. It literally changed my life! I truly believe that Pilates can and will change your mind and body. After experiencing a transformation in my mind and body, I decided I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to share Pilates with others. I want every woman feel strong in their mind and body. If you feel better you do better!
I have 3 children 2 daughters, Abigail 20 and Hannah 18 and 1 son, Brodie 4. So I know what it's like to feel like you don't have time for yourself. My son loves doing Pilates with me. You can find us doing Pilates together on my Instagram feed. I have a wonderful, supportive husband, Craig, that also enjoys Pilates. We have a home studio so that I can offer sessions in our home or virtually.
In 2008, I began teaching and truly studying the Pilates method. I have completed various levels of instructor training through Balanced Body University and continue to train regularly and further my education.
